Thanet District Council extends long-term partnership with Mears

Continuing a 27-year partnership, Thanet District Council has reappointed Mears Group as its repairs and maintenance contractor for the next 10 years, with an option to extend for a further five years.
The new contract, which commences on 1 April 2025, covers all responsive repairs, together with grant funded energy efficiency improvements for Thanet’s 3,450 council-owned properties.
