Tendra Technical Services appoints Head of M&A 

Olly Cutting has been appointed to role of Head of M&A at Tendra Technical Services, where he will lead the company’s acquisition strategy.
Established by the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund II in December 2025, Tendra says it is set to become a “leading and trusted household name” in UK technical services for the built environment sector.
A qualified accountant with extensive experience in private equity and M&A, Cutting’s previous roles include an Investor position
