Sutter acquires Nitida Cleaning & Health

Italy-based producer of cleaning and hygiene chemicals Sutter Group has agreed to buy fellow chemicals manufacturer Nitida Cleaning & Health in Spain.Through this agreement, Sutter says it is acquiring brands, know-how, production facility, warehouse and customer portfolio, as well as the entire range of products available in the Spanish market.
