South Western Railway expands Mitie partnership

Mitie has been awarded a three-year engineering and maintenance contract with South Western Railway (SWR), with the option to extend for two additional years.
The contract covers a range of maintenance services including preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency repairs and project works at over 200 stations – including SWR’s hub which is located at London Waterloo and 10 train depots across the SWR network. As part of the agreement, 24 colleagues will join Mitie.
