SEGRO appoints JLL to manage retail and office portfolio

JLL’s Property and Asset Management (PAM) team has been appointed by SEGRO to manage a retail and office portfolio in Slough, in a new, three-year contract agreement.
The UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and a leading owner, manager and developer of modern warehouses and industrial property, has expanded the scope of its relationship with JLL to include three multi-let office buildings and a number of single let offices.
