Second CCS win for Richard Irvin FM

Richard Irvin FM Ltd has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Housing Maintenance & Management Services DPS.
This DPS provides a compliant, ‘one stop shop’ for all aspects of housing maintenance & repair for both tenanted and void/vacant properties.
The framework is anticipated to offer a pipeline of £500 million for a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance & repair services as well as provision of essential compliance services.
