Richard Irvin FM’s Housing Services division has landed two prestigious contracts with two new clients in Scotland.
Through the PFH Framework the hard services specialist has been successful in tendering the Annual Heating Servicing and All Inclusive Repairs & Maintenance Contract for domestic council properties for East Lothian Council. This is a potential five-year contract covering over 9,000 properties across the council area.
