Repair and maintenance output is expected to fall

According to the latest quarterly forecast for the FM sector from the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS), repair and maintenance output is expected to fall by 5.2 per cent overall in 2024 compared with 2023.
Output is forecast to increase by 1.8 per cent in 2025, and to be 10 per centhigher in 2029 than in 2024.
