Principle retains ROWE portfolio

London-based cleaning specialist, Principle Cleaning Services has retained the Broadgate Estates Rest of West End (ROWE) portfolio.
The multi-site contract comprises of eight locations including York House, 10 Portman Square and the newly developed 7 Clarges Street in Piccadilly.
Principle has worked with Broadgate Estates since 2010 providing cleaning and window cleaning services via its own in-house dedicated team.
