Polyteck in One Berkeley Street win

Construction and facilities management firm, Polyteck, has secured a three-year FM deal to oversee One Berkeley Street in Mayfair, London.
The contract will see Polyteck providing mechanical, electric, water treatment and fire services for all the common plant and systems at the property, which is a mixed-use complex home to Europe’s first 1Hotel.
