Polyteck appointed one of the key contractors on £725m ‘Procurement for Housing’ repairs framework

Polyteck has strengthened its position in the social housing sector after being appointed to five lots on Procurement for Housing’s (PfH) Responsive Repairs, Disrepair Works and Void Services Framework.
The framework has an estimated total value of £725 million across 11 lots and provides housing associations, local authorities and other organisations managing social housing portfolios with an established and compliant route to procure repairs, void property and disrepair services.
