Pinnacle secures first Cornish contract

Pinnacle Group has secured its first housing management contract in Cornwall, with Perran Housing, a registered provider connecting local people with sustainable shared ownership or affordable rental homes.
Work has already commenced with Pinnacle providing a full complement of housing management services, ranging from tenant on-boarding, building compliance, defect management, maintenance and void management. This work will cover the extent of Perran’s portfolio.
