OCS acquires Exclusive Services Group

OCS, a global leader in facilities management, has acquired Exclusive Services Group, a provider of contract cleaning services operating across the UK and Ireland. This transaction marks OCS’ fourth strategic bolt-on acquisition in the last 12 months and further enhances the Group’s cleaning services footprint in key sectors such as education, data centres, leisure, media and retail.
