NG Bailey wins M&E deal at West Yorkshire Combined Authority HQ

NG Bailey has secured a £2.3 million deal to deliver the installation of new mechanical and electrical (M&E) services in the refurbishment of Wellington House in Leeds city centre, the headquarters of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
A team from NG Bailey’s Engineering Division will be working with Principal Contractor Willmott Dixon Interiors to fully refurbish the five-storey office block, including the roof and basement, during the year-long project which is set to start
