Mitie scoops IFM deal with the IPO

Mitie has secured a three-year contract with the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) for the provision of integrated facilities management (IFM) services across its two sites in Newport, Wales.
The new contract, which is worth £12 million and has the option to extend for a further two years, will see Mitie deliver services including engineering, cleaning and waste management.
