Long-serving colleague at Novus promoted to CEO

National maintenance, compliance and decarbonisation contractor Novus Property Solutions has promoted longstanding colleague Lee Hartley to the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 January 2024.
Hartley has been with the Seddon family business for 25 years, beginning his career as a trainee Quantity Surveyor in 1996. Since then, he has worked his way up the company, holding various commercial and operational positions prior to being appointed to its board in 2013, when Novus was launched
