Kao Data appoints CBRE as its new data centre FM partner

Global commercial real estate and investment firm, CBRE, has been named by Kao Data, a specialist developer and operator of data centres engineered for AI and advanced computing as its new integrated facilities management partner.
CBRE was appointed for its proven capability to support Kao Data’s European platform expansion, and its track record of managing hyperscale data centre portfolios.
Under the contract terms, CBRE will be responsible for managing the complete spectrum of hard and s
