GPA awards new FM delivery contracts

Following a robust and comprehensive procurement process via the Crown Commercial Services Facilities Management Marketplace framework (RM 3830), the Government Property Agency (GPA) has appointed several new facilities management contracts as part of its UK-wide workplace services transformation programme.
A total of four suppliers have been awarded the initial five-year contracts, which have extension options for a maximum of two years.
