Flame-free roof refurbishment keeps Carlsberg Britvic brewery watertight through winter works
Designed in the 1970s and inspired by the form of a Danish longship, Carlsberg Britvic’s Northampton brewery roofscape is defined by steep vertical planes and complex geometry. When the bituminous membrane roof needed a major refurbishment, it also required the work to be carried out without a single naked flame on site.
