Essity pioneers full-pay neonatal care leave beyond new statutory rights

Global hygiene and health company Essity, which manufactures brands such as Bodyform, Tork, Cushelle and Plenty, is offering full-pay neonatal care leave to its UK employees from 6 April – becoming one of the first major employers to go significantly beyond the government’s new statutory entitlement.
