Edison Group continues on acquisition trail

Ayrshire-headquartered construction, property and investment business, Edison Group, has acquired Crown Architectural Systems.
Based in the north-east of England, Crown Architectural Systems operates from a 6500 sq. ft facility in Washington, in the City of Sunderland district of Tyne and Wear, and employs 29 staff.
The company, which was formed originally in 2007 as Crown Doors and Shutters, has built a reputation in the region’s construction sector and counts such high-profile busin
