Edison Group acquires Cabin Scotland

Ayrshire-headquartered construction, property and investment business, Edison Group, which has been acquiring companies in the construction sector throughout the UK over the last year, has added Linlithgow-based Cabin Scotland Limited to its portfolio of companies in an all-cash transaction.
Edison Group employs over 100 people and is set to see turnover on a rolling 12-month basis hit £50 million by December 2023. The firm recently opened its new head office in High Street, Irvine.
