Ecocleen acquires Regency Cleaning

Ecocleen has completed the acquisition of Regency Cleaning Services, a family-owned cleaning business based in Henley-on-Thames, in a deal worth up to £2.5 million. The successful takeover will enable the company to increase its presence within key sectors - most notably education and motor retail - while expanding its nationwide franchise network.
