Double award win for Mitie at Hospitality Assured Awards

Mitie secured two prestigious honours at the Hospitality Assured Awards 2026, recognising excellence in customer experience, leadership and integrated facilities management.
The organisation received the Highest Scoring Newcomer Award following its first full Hospitality Assured assessment on the EY Integrated Facilities Management contract, achieving an outstanding World Class result.
The assessment recognised the close collaboration between Mitie and its Journey Partners, demonstrating how int
