Dalkia retains FM contract with Derby College

Dalkia UK has retained its facilities management contract with Derby College for a further two years.
Awarded following a competitive tender process, the new two-year agreement encompasses planned maintenance, reactive and statutory compliance works across the College’s diverse estate, which includes classrooms, laboratories, catering areas, sports facilities and specialist spaces such as animal care units.
