CCS appoints new chief executive

Sam Ulyatt has been appointed as the new Chief Executive of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) when Simon Tse retires in the summer. The appointment follows an external competition that launched at the beginning of this year.
Ulyatt will be known to many at CCS from her prior time as Commercial Director for Buildings, before she left to join Home Office as Chief Commercial Officer in July 2020. During her time at the Home Office, she has led on the many commercial and operational challenges
