Applications open for £1.5bn public buildings framework

LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG) is seeking contractors for its £1.5 billion public buildings framework with applications now open until 9 December 2025.
Known as PB4, due this being the fourth iteration of LHCPG’s Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure framework, it has been divided into 10 lots according to project type and value, covering public building construction, refurbishment, and associated civil infrastructure works across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Irel
