Experience and innovation count for new North London concept restaurant

A new concept restaurant is combining a Michelin-recognised chef, Sardinian producers and more than 65 years of experience to bring Sardinian-influenced Italian food to North London.
The new restaurant, Bosa, is named after the owners’ town on the island of Sardinia and offers a wide range of typical Italian food alongside traditional Sardinian recipes.
Angelo Sanna, Managing Director of Bosa, said that he wanted to give people the opportunity to experience the delights of an Italian chil
