Sainsbury’s reveals plastic saving vacuum packed mince beef

Sainsburys is to remove traditional plastic tray packaging from its entire beef mince range and is replacing it with a vacuum-packed alternative, a move that would save the retailer 450 tonnes of plastic annually.
