Government’s Industrial Strategy ‘must tackle skills gap’

The governmentâs new Industrial Strategy will work only if it tackles the skills gap, claimed the Institution of Engineers and Technology (IET), as a new report found that a lack of diversity in the engineering a technical workforce could be fuelling recruitment shortage.
