VW sued by supplier for suppressing competition in U.S.

Volkswagen Group parts supplier Prevent Group alleges the German automaker, in the wake of its diesel emissions violations, used anti-competitive tactics to stop larger suppliers from acquiring smaller rivals in the United States. The suit seeks damages in excess of $750 million.
