Sibur opens expanded Yuzhno-Balyksky plant

Sibur has completed the upgrade of the Yuzhno-Balyksky Gas Processing Plant (GPP), adding more than 100 ktpa (kilo tonnes per annum) of natural gas liquids (NGLs).
