Environmental groups sue U.S. over delayed fines for gas guzzlers

Three environmental groups filed suit against the federal government Thursday for delaying the rollout of higher 'gas-guzzler' penalties for automakers that produce new vehicles that fail to meet minimum fuel-economy standards.
