CarMax extends online financing program to all stores

CarMax has extended its online financing, previously a pilot, to all of its stores. Separately, it said its finance arm's Tier 3 lending -- CarMax lingo for subprime -- declined in the third quarter, even as it raised its reserves against bad loans.
