Sir Frederic Kenyon, the Director of the British Museum, is preparing an account of the adventures of the collections in war-time. In a lecture at University College today he gave some interesting details of the precautions taken to protect the treasures from air raids. In fact the only damage ever done at the British Museum was by one of our own shells which fell through the roof of the iron library and flayed the backs of two b
