From Paper to Pixels: Data from the Shift to Digital Program Books

Many arts organizations continue to have questions about the relationship between printed programs and digital program books. To provide the best answers to these questions, we turned to our clients.In February 2022, InstantEncore launched InsideGuide, a new platform for creating and delivering digital program books. We invited our InsideGuide clients to complete our second annual survey on digital and printed programs. We asked 14 questions:
