First BoE hike delayed until 2017, third move in two months - Reuters poll

LONDON (Reuters) - The Bank of England won't raise rates until early 2017, economists polled by Reuters said, pushing back expectations for the third time this year, which would mean eight years of record-low borrowing costs.
