Britain says North Ireland paramilitary groups still exist but not plotting attacks

LONDON (Reuters) - Britain said on Tuesday that all the main paramilitary groups from Northern Ireland's three-decade conflict, including the Provisional IRA, remain in existence but the biggest security threat was posed by dissident republicans.
