Big Picture Market Perspectives 4/7/17

We've talked about the backdrop in markets, surrounding the lack of visibility on timing and size of Trump policies, that should provide more swings than we've seen in the post-election era.  With that said, we end the week with plenty of news to chew on, and stocks swung around by about 2%, but finished about right
