Wimbledon The Study Prep school 4x4 driver won't be charged

The driver of a 4×4 that ploughed into a school in Wimbledon, south west London, in July last year, killing two eight-year-old girls, will face no criminal charges having had an epileptic seizure at the wheel, the Crown Prosecution Service said.
