The 31-year-old won The Great British Bake Off on Wednesday night, fending off competition from fellow finalists Andrew Smyth and Jane Beedle.
The PE teacher was incredibly emotional to hear judges Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry call her name, telling viewers: ‘This means more to
