UPDATE 4:56 p.m.: Coos County approved to enter Phase II of reopening

COOS COUNTY — Coos County will now be entering Phase II of statewide reopening on Friday instead of Saturday. On Thursday afternoon, the county was approved to enter into Phase II of statewide reopening for Saturday, in accordance with language from the Governor’s Office that stated counties could open after 21 days of being in Phase I.
