Nobel physics prize hails 'ghostly messengers' from space
Belgian physicist Francis Halzen on Tuesday won the Nobel Physics prize for groundbreaking work using Antarctic ice to capture particles originating in the distant cosmos, providing insight into the far reaches of space.
