Chinese leading artificial intelligence (AI) startup DeepSeek has experienced five service outages in October alone. Amid growing collaboration with Huawei, a Chinese AI chipmaker, to reduce reliance on NVIDIA, concerns over service stability are mounting as errors continue to occur. According to Chinese economic media Caixin on the 16th, DeepSeek faced disruptions on its website, mobile application (app), and application programming interface (API) starting at 8:11 a.m. local time the previous
