Why did BBC cut 'Allah' references from interview?

Karrien Stevens, who runs Little Diamonds Nursery in Hermon Hill, London saida member of her staff was slashed with a 'Stanley knife' by three 'Asian women' chanting about 'Allah' and the 'Koran'.
