Welsh Assembly tea lady 'died when she fell 18ft through glass skylight'

Jane Wedlake, 54, fell from the 'communal' rooftop outside her one-bedroom flat in Cardiff city centre, which her partner Greg Capron claimed was 'not up to' safety standards.
