U.S. government increases reward to $15 million for the arrest of Ismael 'El Mayo' Zambada

The U.S. tripled its reward for the capture of Sinaloa Cartel co-founder Ismael 'El Mayo' Zambada on Wednesday. The Department of State said it will now offer $15 million.
