Ukrainian air crash victim's daughter, seven, had a 'premonition' minutes before he died in fireball

Oleksiy Ostapenko, 28, was second in command of the ill-fated An-28 aircraft. His daughter Liza had messaged him just 10 minutes before the crash which killed all but one of the 27 on board.
