Two people arrested in connection with shocking Brighton hit-and-run

A 31-year-old man and a woman, 56, have been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run that saw a pedestrian, 53, hit by a Fiat 500 as he crossed the road in the Kemptown area of Brighton.
