Trooper pulls over truck for minor infraction only to find 23 illegal migrants, including children, hiding inside

The Texas Department of Public Safety announced that the unidentified trooper conducted a traffic stop on a white Freightliner tractor trailer for driving on the shoulder in La Salle County.
